Foursquare Chaplains International’s Disaster Relief Ministry is sponsoring Critical Incident Stress Management classes that will focus on ministering to individuals in crisis. The course being taught is Assisting Individuals in Crisis (Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support).  The Course is part of a multi-component Critical Incident Management system developed by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).

The class will be held at New Hope Hilo (Hilo Foursquare Church) in Hilo, HI from 9:00am – 6:00pm both days. We are providing the class at a much reduce rate of $80.00 per person; these courses average $200.00 each in most locations across the country.

Attending this CISM class will much better prepare you to minister to people in crisis and to be more confident your Disaster Relief Ministry role.  FCI’s Disaster Relief Chaplains and Workers are strongly encouraged to take this class.

You will walk away from the two-day training we're offering with the ability to know your role in crisis response, how to minister in crisis situations.  You will become a more mature, better trained, fruitful, involved, and relevant leader in your local community! It will be a win for you and your local church as well!

** Please note that this training isn’t the Disaster Relief Trainings we have been having across the country this past year, but is additional training that will help prepare you to minister in crisis situations.  This class is open for all Foursquare Family to attend even if they have not attended one of our Disaster Relief Trainings yet. **
